Hey guys i finally found an american cluster for my runner but its from a manual 99 one. I was would this one work with my auto 4runner since it does have the little gear indicator at the bottom? Thanks

I see...that sucks.

Along with the auto trans, I would think you may also have to make sure the donor truck is a V6 and not the 4 cylinder 3RZ engine. You have the most common setup....
Have you tried car-part.com? Nationwide junk yard search...

Also....is the MPH not also on the non-US speedo?

Mine has the KPH listed closer to the center of the gauge.

Ya it does but I hate having to calculate my mileage and for extended warranty purposes I want the odometer to be in miles not kilometers

Hey guys will a cluster from a 99 limited work in a 99 SR5? I really need to know cause I found one for sale for a good deal and I really need to get an american one. Here is the cluster I am talking about

Get it already. Dude, we wire Lexus gauge cluster in old Cressidas. I'm pretty sure as hell that a 4Runner's cluster will be direct plug in.


On a side note, do you have multimode 4WD? Does your cluster resemble the one you posted a pic above? If so, the only difference would be the lil plastic speedometer readout. Thats it.

No i have the regular 4wd and the regular cluster that's why i am asking if the limited one will work as plug and play
