Clutch/ timing belt job together

Hey y'all ,

Looks like I will be doing both my clutch and timing belt in the next week or so. Is there any advantage to doing one before the other ? I think I have all the parts rounded up that I will need and looks like I will have the time. Also, I can't seem to find part number for the actual clutch pedal. I found part numbers for the pedal and spring bushings but not the pedal itself. Is it still available?

Makes no difference as far as I'm concerned as to what project you do first. The jobs aren't close to each other. If you're doing a clutch, why are you replacing the clutch pedal?

The pedal has a large groove worn into it from the spring. Or at least it sure looks like the pedal assembly. 220k on original clutch. It's not slipping ,yet, but chatters some. It is due for some love.

Understood. As far as a part number for the clutch pedal goes, I did a manual swap and actually used a clutch pedal from a tacoma. It works just fine so try to find a PN for that

There is no P/N shown for a bare pedal, just the sub-assembly. I'm not sure what all is included:

I think it just has the bushings. (This is for a '99)
