Nice, hows the road noise..? Do you air down the 4ply a lot when off-roading..? Why do you say you'd do the 10ply..?

I air the 4's down to around 18'ish when I hit the trails. As far as noise, they are making some road noise now, but when they were new I didn't have any. I want to replace the 4's with 10's mainly for the stouter tire. I'm sure the 4's would be great for what I do, but it's just personal preference.

Well I am back from a weekend in Corpus Christi visiting my brother and his family. Got a cool shot across the port channel from the USS Lexington while I was there. On the way back we stopped in Fredericksburg and Luckenbach. On the trip back, my girlfriend surprised me with the news that she had bought me a Snomaster 42L fridge/freezer so we can utilize it on our trip to Moab next month. Super excited to pick it up on Thursday!

I was able to pick up the Snomaster fridge my lady got for me. I'm super excited to get this thing in use. Now I need to scrap the current "storage solution" and design a whole new set up. But that may have to wait a month or two.

Yessir! We've been busy getting the rest of the rigs ready the last few weeks. Hitting the planning room hard and getting every last detail planned. Luckily my business lets me work from the road so I'm adding the Grand Canyon, visiting my lady's grandmother in Tucson and Tombstone in on this trip while the rest of the guys head home.

How do you like the RTIC cooler? I just picked up a 45L, but haven't had a chance to use it yet. Tried out the similarly-priced Ozark Trail from Wally World, but decided the rubber latches wouldn't hold up well to long-term use. Kept things cold on the White Rim, though.

Nice rig conversion, can barely tell it's a Limited.

I like it. I even bought a 65 after using the 45. Hopefully I've bought the last coolers I'll need for quite a while.
 
Got back yesterday from my maiden voyage to Moab with some of my good friends. We originally set out to do Lockhart Basin Rd. But as we ventured into Kane Creek on our way to Hurrah Pass, we pulled over to let a truck by our convoy. Turns out that truck belonged to Tom, the owner of Base Camp Adventures in Moab. He patiently waited at his place keeping eyes on Hurrah to see if we would be coming that way. To him that meant one thing, Lockhart Basin. He unloaded his groceries for the week and hopped on a trial bike to catch up to us and warn of the changes to Lockhart during the latest monsoons. Tom recommended we set up camp at Wind Caves that night and send a couple to LB to scout it out. Needless to say, his warning was well warranted. LB had become impassable to everyone in our group within the last month or so.

With the trail we set out to do being a no go, we ended up on Chicken Corners. and on our way back, we decided to drop by Tom's place to thank him for the warning and the knowledge he shared with us. I have yet to get through any of my pictures but I have come across some from one of our travel companions.

Awesome build. Just bought a black limited that's stock for now until I can make my mind up on the direction I want to go.
