Coat Hook

My Avalon has a hook for hanging a coat that slips over the over-door handle in the back seat. Has anyone seen this for the 4 Runner? I asked at the dealer - they couldn't find one.

Can't ya just go to the dealer and have them look up the part number if they do come on the 4runner and then install them?

That sucks.. They could not find one for the your other car either or is it a different size?

Well, the Avalon came with them. As you can see from the photo, you'd have to unbolt the handles to remove. I'll try the dealer again now that I know it exists. It really doesn't surprise me they didn't find it - Probably didn't try too hard. It would be helpful if someone had a part number.

Yeah, it would be.. I am still waiting on my dealer to get some final things together for the 05 Runner so I can place my order or if cheaper, wait for the 05 Quad Cab Taco. They both would get here in Jann. :arrow:

When I stop by the dealer later this week, I will see if some of the Runners have, non, or all. Even though they do exist, some dealers find these extra parts in the glove box and do not install them durcing delivery. They either toss them out or throw them in a pile with the others.

The rear cargo area has a couple of hooks that work well for this... they're just above the rear side glass...
