I just rebuilt the motor in my 4runner and now I get a code 71 (EGR). Now the EGR system was for CA. only. I don't even have the EGR sensor. I have looked all over the internet even found the FSM on how to trouble shoot it. That's when I realized I don't even have that sensor. 
Could this code also mean something else?
