Coil Springs: Replace or not?????

I own a 2001 2WD - 90K - Never taken off road. The struts and shocks are weak but not real bad. I have read several posts that say the coil springs should be replaced when I replace the struts and shocks. I would like some professional advice on whether or not to replace the springs. Pros and cons welcome. As well, what brand of shocks/struts would you recommend for a soft ride?

at 90k your springs are fine unless you want to lift at the same time. I have 180k on mine and I have no sag at all. I'm changing mine out because I want some lift. As for shocks/struts, don't cheap out! No monroes! I would go with the tokicos if I wanted a nice ride.
