coilover question ??

And yes i used the search function first.
Anyway, will the coilover from a 3rd gen 4x4 4runner bolt up on a 1st gen {2003} tacoma prerunner ?
I think they are the same, but there may be a difference in the top plate and the way they bolt up.
Any input appreciated.

The bolt pattern is just rotated 90 degrees on the top mount between the Tacoma and 4Runner. What kind of coilover is it?

Trd coilover form a sonoran steel 1.2 kit.
So the top plate just gets rotated 90 degrees ??

A lot of the front suspension and steering parts from the 1st gen taco and the 3rd gen 4runner are interchangeable. UCA's, ball joints, tie rods, struts, etc etc.. That TRD coil/strut setup should bolt up just fine.

That is what i thought, but did not want to take things apart to only find out the other way around { normally how it goes in my world }
