My clock has not worked since I bought my 4Runner a few months ago. I have check the fuse but that was not the case. Lately it has been getting to about -10
Coincidence?

I searched for you and found a huge thread with info on clock problems.
Clock Thread
Looks like you should take out the dash and make sure you have a good connection. If that's not the problem, I would buy a used clock off of ebay and see if your original clock is bad.
