Cold Air intake

So I am starting the build (gets it's own thread). Quick question. Will a CAI like the one on this link work just as good as a $200+ K&N intake?

The factory system is already cold air intake. It sucks out side air from behind the drivers head light, that one in the pic sucks warm air from under the hood.

If you want to modify your air intake, search the ISR Mod.

If you don't mind the looks, a snorkel is one of the best intake mods--it protects the engine from water, and it gives you a nice cool airflow, with a slight ram effect to boot. They just look a little funky. Most other CAI's put your engine at increased risk of water ingestion. Of course, you will have to pay the piper up front for a good snorkel, though. Just an idea.
