Cold morning misfire/ now its "ticking"

Last week i hit my remote start early in the morning(it was about 2*F outside) it turned over about 4 times and it made some noise like it wanted to start/ died. I went over and started it manually and it fired right off. Now I have had a steady ticking noise, kinda sounds like its in the head/ valvetrain. It hasnt gotten any louder but it is noticeable, and it dosent feel like its down on power, should I be concerned? its the 3.4L v6

I'd wait until it warms up some, if its still there then worry? You should hear my mom's '99 Sienna in the winter...
