I just learned that there are two types of batteries. Im not talking about the different brands or power, I'm talking about warm weather batteries and cold weather batteries. My 4Runner has always been in warm weather climates (CA and NV) and now the past 2 years in UT.
Went out to my truck 2 weeks ago and he wouldn't start. Called AAA and apparently when you live in a climate that gets extremely cold you need a cold weather battery. Cold weather batteries have less water and more battery acid, warm weather batteries have the opposite. I had no idea. Now maybe AAA batteries are garbage compared to some others but I'm sure there are a lot of people who have them. I hope this helps anybody who might be having problems.
