Cold start problem

Hey everyone. I have had this cold start problem for 3 years now. Every winter, my 4runner decides to not start on cold morning. Last 2 winters in was below 10 or so. This winter it is not starting below 30 or so. It cranks very well, but does not catch. The mechanic run some tests and determined it was not getting spark. The mechanic put in a crank position sensor. Still doesn't start.

Any ideas?

None of those things have been changed. Also, years back I blew the main fuse. I replaced it, but I feel like that is related.

I would start with above mentioned. Make sure spark is being sent. I'd also check your spark plugs. Have you ever changed those? Make sure they are good. Go from there.
