Alright guys... He is obviously isn't used to working on EFI. Let's give him a break.
SwiftRunner: some quick cheap fixes that may or may not help your situation.
First Seafoam the engine. Get a can of Seafoam, run your runner up to operating temperature. While its running pull hose off pictured below and stick it in the can of seafoam. Let it suck the seafoam in the engine and try to keep it running while it is doing it. I usually do about 1/2 to 3/4 of a bottle. Once you have the right amount in, immediately shut the engine off and let it sit for at least 5 minutes. During this time hook the hose you used back up. Fire it back up and watch the smoke come out... this is normal and will clear up.
Second change the fuel filter if you haven't done so and run a good fuel injector cleaner through the gas tank. Add it at the gas station right before you fill up. I recommend b-12 chemtool products.
It sounds like your injectors are dripping fuel instead of misting (atomizing) when it's cold.
