Really for me it was I would rather them stand out slightly then look like rusted pos. That's why I ended up going with the silver as they will look more shinny new then anything else. The blue idea was to look slightly unique without them being too highlighted.
That said though, I think the red calipers on more modded T4R's then my own can look great.
Here's a pic of them painted.
I sheared one of the mounting bolts right off during the install so now I get to wait 3 days for Toyota to get some new bolts for me. *sigh*
I'll post a final product once I get them on.
