I don't know how it is for other model years but in my 2002 the panel around the radio and AC controls, and the shift levers are this glittery metallic color, I'm wondering if anyone knows if there's an exact color match or something close enough. The panel for the shift levers has been repainted before and it just looks terrible.

I don't think there is. My trim is the factory wood and I do know some came with your metallic color. Color matching it would require refinishing.

The silver color is in the later "sport" models. I haven't seen a matching paint color for those parts. (luckily, I prefer mine black anyway)

I just took that panel out to try and color match it and it turns out its pretty much exactly the same as the exterior color which in my case is thundercloud metallic. Maybe its the same on all sport edition 4runners? I used my touch up paint pen to paint a plastic fork to compare and yeah it might as well be the same. For some reason it's almost impossible to get thundercloud metallic in a spray can, so I'm just gonna go run around with that plastic fork until I find one that's close enough.

Interior trim bezels came in only black and faux wood across all trims and years iirc.
Looking it up, it seems like the 2002 sport edition is literally the only one with this color trim. It's easy to find entire trim replacements for the black and faux wood on eBay and stuff, but not this metallic color. Lucky me, I guess?
Both 01 & 02 Sport Editions had the “silver” trim on the instrument panel/console as well as the door cards by the window switches.
