Colorado Springs Area

Anyone on here living in the Colorado Springs that could possible tell me areas to stay away from when looking for housing.

I was there earlier this week and the few people that we talked said stay north of Pikes Peak Blvd or Platte.

My brother lives there I was also stationed at fort Carson. Stetson hills is a great area.

I've always liked the north/northeast... Briargate, Stetson Hills, along Peterson (just east of Powers), Black Forest, Falcon. There are decent communities throughout the Springs and the areas to avoid should be pretty apparent once you start looking around. Good luck!
