i installed a gentex i got off a Yotatech member who got it from a junkyard... so you can try junkyards
if youre looking to pay for a new one, theyre like 300 to 500 bucks...

do a search on ebay for GEN-K21. that is the model number of the gentex mirror with compass and outside temp on it. it is also auto dimming too. i think it was around $150 brand new, but dont remember exactly.
i do not think they make one with an altimeter. in fact, im 99% sure they dont. you will have to use a seperate device in your truck to get altitude. maybe a garmin handheld GPS or something?
