here is the deal...in Denver...we have this sick toyota yard with all sorts of shit...i picked up some iron stamped wheels today for $20 each...they are a little dinged up...but i would do that to brand new rims eventually...they have a 6" lift for a 95-02 Tacoma...and i think it would work on my 94 4R...but the guy said it wouldnt...anyone know if it would work?...would i need to make mods that would be difficult to do?...$100 for front and rear lift...my suspension is all stock right now...so it is a damn good upgrade...without dropin too much $$$...any thoughts?

the 6 inch lift will not work your suspension is supported by torsion bars. they run from the middle of the frame forward over the top of the frame rails practically. the tacoma lift is a shock with a coil spring. to even get into fabbing it together you might as well put the revenue towards a solid axle kit. in the long term it will still be cheaper then the IFS lift. Second the reason the lift is still on there is probably due to a damaged structure piece or a cracked weld to one of the components. second your rear is a 5 link coil sprung axle the rear of a taco is leaf and probably with a block at that..
