My back carpets are pretty bad, looks like the PO spilled a lot of coffee.
I noticed the same thing you did when looking for a replacement, there doesn't seem to be one. So, for the age of my vehicle, I'm just going to do a full width floor liner like I have in my Prius. Covers the stains, and keeps the rugs from getting full of slush, dirt and mud.

It usually takes several years or more past the release of a new model generation for aftermarket carpeting to become available for the prior generation. It's been about 4 years since the 5th Gen came out so hopefully someone will start making them soon.
You could always inquire with some of the major aftermarket carpet companies to see if they have one in the pipeline.
I know mine was a disaster when I bought it in '09 so I pulled the carpeting out and spent a good hour or two with a steam carpet cleaner meant for household carpets. Got all the crud out along with most of the stains. Of course, if yours is worn or torn then that's an entirely different issue.

Doesn't seem to be a kit anywhere, at least nothing for the 4th gen, I've been looking as well.
Toyota OEM carpet is (SR5) is about $665.00. Not including rear tailgate floor.

Honestly for that money I'd rather go with a full vinyl/rubberized floor replacement like they use for LEO, Taxi, Utility vehicles. I think later down the line I will completely strip the carpeting out in favor of this type or flooring and/or just tuck the wiring and rhino line the floor; I'd like to eventually try and make the truck water tight to the window edges (a huge undertaking I realize, hence why its on the dream list at the moment.)
