What about non towing . No extreme use ?

Here's a post I made earlier regarding a Transmission UoA.

Did a transmission fluid exchange (formerly a flush) at 31.5K.
Here is the oil analysis. It was the first flush for the transmission so using factory oil. Replaced it with the good stuff RPM Garage uses. 4runner is a daily commuter and id say the split between city/highway/offroad mileage was was about 20/70/10. Lots of uphill climbing with offroad trips being about 60+ miles each time.
Hope it provides some insights on oil intervals!

I'm about to do a full flush and filter change on Saturday. 13quarts of WS. I do not believe the fluid's every been changed, 101K miles. I'll post a pic...
