Is there a list of everything that may cause emissions readiness tests to just completely reset every other time your get your key to the start position?
Short list: new alternator (Denso), volts checked with multimeter on: battery, alternator off and on avg 14.5; positive wires at start and end of battery to engine fuse box; secondary ignition wire reads 11.4.
A dual USB charger plugged into one of the 12v accessory outlets blew a fuse a while back, replaced fuse, works fine now.
I'm about out of ideas.
