hi, im new to 4runners - i just bought my first one yesterday 
- so i dont know specific numbers, but in auto tech class they taught us to compare compression between the cylinders. so if they are all pretty close to each other then they are probably fine. its unlikely that you would blow a motor to the point that all 4 cylinders are losing compression. for example, if you have 3 cylinders around 100, and 1 at 50 then you've got a problem with the one at 50. hope that helps.
