Confused about aftermarket radio wiring..

Hopefully this is cool to post here, but years ago I installed this radio and it worked for quite a while before it started to act weird. It sounded like it popped (fuse is not blown) and it stopped working, afterwards making a high pitched squeal and draining my battery. It has been unplugged for years because of that and I finally want to be 100% confident in the wiring.

I imagine I'll have to replace the radio.

Here are the harnesses:

Speaking for the white harness, this is where I am confused:

• Yellow to yellow
• Blue/white to blue/white
• Red to red
• Dark blue to ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
• Orange to ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
• And I have two blacks, one with a white stripe. Do they BOTH get connected to the single black and then that three wire "unit" connects to the ground?

Not even sure if this will get the radio to work, but I want to at least make sure I'm hooking it up correctly to see if it works. Is there another fuse I should check? The one on the back of the radio is not blown.

The aftermarket wiring adapter plugs come with wiring diagrams with them.
You just match the wires to each other not by colors always its by type or label.
The speakers match speakers. power to power. Grounds to ground. These wiring adapters mostly have what they go to on the written on wires themselves.

If these are the only wires that were connected to that Kenwood stereo then there has to be an amplifier involved in this system somewhere. There are no speaker wires and the RCA jacks have to be connected to an amp to get sound out of the speakers. Look for an amplifier with inline fuse connected to your battery. As far as power to this stereo you would typically have yellow to yellow (12V+) red to red (acc on) and black to black (12V-) to power the stereo on. So...you should have 12V+ on the yellow wire with the white harness plugged in.
