Hello everyone,
I am considering a 4runner. I currently have a high maitenance sports car and a couple of motorcycles, so I am definitely in need of something that I can rely on as a daily driver that can also handle trips to the Home Depot and can tow a trailer.
I like the 4runner's reliability and practicality, but remain hesitant on two main issues:
1. Under normal driving conditions, how bad is the gas mileage?
2. For those with a manual transmission, how do you like it? I have seen countless autos, but am wondering if I should hold out for a manual.
I have found one auto that seems to be a good deal though:
1996 4Runner sr5 v6
auto, leather, 2wd, 156k miles
$5000.
Any opinions on this one?
Thanks,
Tom
