My issue was the parking brake. A couple of pieces must have weakened when I was knocking off the rear rotors. Then they broke after I replaced the rotors. Repair kit is only $10-15.
If you hear the sound, push in your parking brake to see if sound goes away. Shoes weren't squared to the drum inside rear rotors because the center spring on shoe was either broken or retaining piece broke

I had what sounds like a similar problem but mine was around 74,000 miles. I will look at my records but I remember it being a front bearing that needed replacement, all done just barely under warranty. At first they were looking at bearings and replaced bearings in the differential. PM me and I will get you details if you think it will be helpful.

I finally fixed my Squeaking Brake Issues!

A few weeks ago I replaced my Front Pads and Rotors with Centric Posi-Quiet Pads and Centric Premium Rotors. That fixed my Warped Rotor issue, and my squeaking when coming to a stop issue, but I still had the constant Cyclic Squeaking noise when Driving.

I ordered Centric pads and rotors for the rear, and installed them this weekend. I was surprised to find my rear pads were worn down the the brake pad squealer at only 37k miles!

That was for sure part of my noise issues. When replacing the rear driverside rotor, I had a harder time removing it then the Pass Side. At the time I didn't think much about it. After replacing the rear pads and rotors, I found I had a different pitch Cyclic Squealing noise now. After isolating the noise to the rear driverside wheel, I removed the caliper and rotor (which was a real PITA to remove this time)

I noticed the parking brake drum shoes were easily movable. I started to disassemble them, and then a spring and the spring hold down cups fell out.

I found that I was missing the Parking Brake Shoe Hold Down Spring Pin! So the source of the noise was my parking brake shoes being loose and contacting the Drum/Rotor!

Luckily I was able to find a Parking Brake Hardware Kit in stock at Napa with the part I needed (Dealership Part Departments were closed)

Re-installing the Parking Brake Shoes has got to be one of the most Obnoxious, Frustrating, PITA Automotive jobs I have ever done, and I have even done Heater Core Installs, Auto To Manual Trans conversions, and Engine Swaps! The Hub is large, and covers pretty much everything that you need to attach the Brake Shoes, so you have to find a way to hold the shoes in place, while trying to manipulate the hold down springs, cups and pin. Once you get something together, some other piece of the assembly falls out... I hope I never have to do that again!
