Constant Power Overhead Compartment

Anyone know if there is constant (always hot) 12v power in the overhead compartment that I can tap into?

I have a small BLE device that I’d like to hardwire up there, but it needs to be powered constantly.

I feel like when I’ve left the map light on, it eventually turns off after the vehicle is off for a while.

power seats are always hot - at least I think they should be. the fuses for both drivers and passenger seat are under the dash. you could use add a fuse and tap into there instead of actually splicing into overhead wiring. you'd just have to run some wire to wherever you are putting your accessory. you can also use a test light or multimeter to test which under dash fuses always are hot as well

Oh, I have constant power I’ve added and tied into all around the truck.

I’m specifically looking for constant power in the overhead compartment for this project. Since it is a wireless transmitter, I’d like to keep it overhead - with as little obstruction as possible.

You can easily tap into the rear view mirror 12v power with a Dongar dashcam adapter, it outputs in female USB-A though so you'd probably be doing some splicing if your device isn't USB powered

This would work, but the information on their site is somewhat limited. Does this provide constant power on a 2021 4R? Based on what I saw on Reddit, it’s only powered on when the vehicle is on.

I need this powered literally 24-7.
