2016 SR5 - what fuse slot can I use between 5-25A that gets constant power?

Installing a Red Tiger Dash Cam hardwire kit and for the B+ "normally powered fuse" I need to take into something with constant power. Here is my fuse box (click the Driver's Side Fuse Box link).

1. Can I use any of those blank fuse slots? If so, does anyone know if any receive constant power?
2. If not, what can I use for my fuse tap? I was going to do #24 - Front Driver Power Seat, but it is 30A and I didn't know if I can use my fuse tap, which has a 15A fuse for the dashcam combined with the 30A fuse for the power seat, especially since the instructions indicate 5A - 25A "are within the selectable range."

This is a basic SR5 with no thrills so I don't seem to have many options. Unfortunately my multimeter isn't working. Thanks for any help!

Edit: It looks like maybe that 15A #22 fuse - Fog Lights will work?

for ease I would try and use an interior fuse slot. one by the drivers footwell. get a new multimeter and test. I Don't like the idea of running constant power to accessories. an alternative option to consider is get a power bank and just plug into it rather than fuse tap. you can charge the bank while driving or even inside when needed

I have one for my wife's vehicle for a back seat baby video monitor. it lasts weeks before needing a charge.

if you are going the fuse tap route you can use any fuse tap that can handle the size fuses you need. one slot will be the OEM fuse and the second will be the fuse for the camera
