In 2003 paid 2K extra for 2003 4runner to get 5K back after 3 years if you followed a bunch of rules on how to apply.
Well after 3 years found out it was a bit of a scam. I followed all the rules and they said I was qualified but only received $1900.00. Seems the fine print allows them to adjust the payout amount.
