So for everyone/anyone looking into these switches, I would highly recommend them! They look great and fit perfectly into the factory cut outs for 3rd gen T4Rs.
My setup:

After looking at the site for a bit I'm totally lost on what I need I want the top lights to be on when I turn things off and the lower light to be on when things are turned on. Which switches do I need? Also do both lights in the switch need to be wired separately making it a 5 prong rear or are these 3 prong 1 negative wire and 2 12v wires?

You are looking for the switches that have the following option "(insert color here) Upper Independent / (insert color here) Lower Dependent". These switches will allow you to wire the top light to a power source of your choosing. I wired mine to my gauge light dimmer switch wire so the lights turn on when the headlights/running lights/gauge lights are on.

The switches are 5 prong switches, and have the following terminals
1. Fused power wire from battery (this is the switch power wire so the lower light turns on when the switch is in the "ON" position.
2. Relay wire (this is the wire that goes to the relay for the item that you want the switch to control)
3. Switch ground wire (self explanatory)
4. 12+ independent light wire (this wire runs to a 12+ power wire that will turn the upper lights on. This is the one I wired to my gauge light dimmer switch)
5. Independent light ground wire (self explanatory. I looped all of my ground wires together so I only have 1 wire that is attached to the chassis to make the install as clean as possible.)
