Converting 1997 center dash/bezel to 1999-2002 3rd gen video

Must give credit to @4Runner4Leon as it was his post that inspired me. The only difference is I did not do the defog/defrost wiring instead I relocated the 1997 switch to below the cigarette lighter plug.
