Hey guys ....been while since i posted on here but i was thinking about seperating my headlights and blacking out the inside part that does not direct light ....there videos on youtube of people doing it to many vec, was wondering if anyone has done this to there or has pics im gunna attempt this this week....any thoughts or ideas?? thanks

Did it to my friends car. Didn't really seem worth all the trouble IMO, but it does look pretty cool I suppose.

which portion gets blacked out? i thought that with the stock halolgen lights, everything shiny played a big role in getting light to the road. i have heard of that being done with a projector retrofit however.

you can buy lights like this and idk if they are sold yet but someone is selling a set t4r

I did it. Looks pretty cool, but not worth taking the time to do it. I had to disassemble my headlights to clean mud out of them, and ended up doing it while it was apart. I used high heat gunmetal enamel. I suggest using a high heat enamel if you do it. Its just not worth the time if you ask me. Took me about 5 hours start to finish.
