Coolant Leak?

Alright so a few months ago I overheated, checked the coolant level and found I had none. I let the engine cool down, filled the coolant and tried to drive it again. Within a few miles it overheated again so I had it towed to a local stealership. $1300 later I have a new water pump, thermostat, timing belt, VCG's and belts. Truck has run fine ever since but the other day while detailing I saw a bunch of gunk around the send and return of my external trans cooler. Today I finally got around to wiping down and inspecting this and found a little more than I bargained for. While the trans fluid level is fine the coolant level is almost empty (despite being serviced 2 months ago). Upon further inspection there seems to be a good bit of fresh red fluid on the bottom of the A/C condenser and radiator. So I cleaned everything off inclluding the skids(they had a ton of gunk on them) and gave her a little test drive.

After 30 miles this is what I found...

In the picture it looks like it is coming from the send line (and it may be too) but the bottom of the A/C condenser is also dripping red fluid. Is it time for a new radiator and hoses?

What was the reason they gave as to why your 4runner overheated?

For $150 I'd replace the radiator, both hoses along with a new cap (all OEM) and get some antifreeze from the dealer. Being in the "Armpit of Hell", its paramount that your cooling system is in top notch operation.
