Cornfed 3/2????

I have been researching lifts for the past week or two and I think that I have narrowed it down to the Cornfed 3/2. Its the best for the price range and I really don't need anything super fancy since I won't be taking it off-road much, mainly just to the Outer Banks. My question...Do I need to get new shocks to compensate for the lift? I read one review where the guy complained that his back end has felt jumpy every since the install.
