correct shocks when adding ball joint spacers

Probably. If you're worried about it, put the truck in the air and see how much droop you have - if the shock tops out before the a-arm bumpstop is compressed, you'll need to extend the bumpstop or get longer shocks. Same with the rear, put it in the air and let the suspension droop, then make sure you can push it a little farther. If the shocks top out, you'll need a set of limit straps or longer shocks.
But depending on your exact shocks, you're probably fine.

Watching this! Let me know if you find a shock for the rear with like 1.5 more ext. My shocks rs5000s are barely topping out in the back. Rather get a longer shock than strap up with the basic setup i have.
So far ome nitrochargers look like the solution, but would like to know if anyone runs any other shock with alittle bit more extension length without increasing the compressed length.

Check out the Doetsch Tech 3000s at Low Range, they've got them in all sorts of compressed and extended lengths. They're what I ran before I put the OME on the truck, and you're right, Nitrochargers are The Solution. They're awesome. But the DTs are definitely easier on the wallet.

if they are short & your on a very tight budget.... your local parts house probably has these in stock & they will lengthen your shocks.

Rockauto lists all the lengths of their shocks, and will list if they are for 1" or 2" lift, etc - you can confirm when you compare the lengths on the "info" section of each offered shock.
They have some budget minded shocks that are good - like extended length KYB Monomax and extended Ranchos, etc.

I have rs5000s from rock auto which are good for 1" lift.. real world, they top out and my truck came with mono maxes. Those were super trash.
Really I'm with Kidv. It's ome or those on low range which I would have picked up for the rear if I saw them

I've found this KYB page very handy to find the shocks in the past.

I've learn to be very wary of Rock Auto. I've gotten incorrect parts several times from them. Parts listed as compatible which definitely are not. This has been the case for several of my cars, not just the Yota. Good prices, just double check the parts somewhere else first.
