Couple of small annoyances.

I am nearing the end of my 1k break in period and noticed a couple of things that maybe others have experienced/dealt with. They are absolutely minor. But you lot are a crafty bunch so perhaps there are easy fixes:

1. My shift knob is not centered if it is screwed all the way tight. I can have it a little loose and perfectly centered or solid tight but then it is few degrees twisted to passenger side.

2. Very slight play under center arm rest counsole. I can press it down and feel there is some springiness. When going over bumps it adds slight additional vibration to my elbow.

Like I said super tiny/anal stuff but any suggestions welcome.

I doubt warranty would honor either of those things, espescially the knob. Try to get another rotation out of it. Thats what I had to do in my Tacoma for the same problem. They'd probably only mess with the console if it were broken.... They can't send a working part back to toyota.

The truck is brand new, only has 1k miles, they will fix it for sure.

Any dealership should cover it, if they give you a problem, go to where you bought it, and they should be more than happy to accommodate. If not, escalate to the manager, but i don’t think it would come to that. Why should you have to fix it. Truck is new.

Yeah i don't know why they wouldn't fix it, but if you don't want to wait and a full rotation isn't possible a small drop of locktite and the bottom of the threads should also work

LOL. They actually have it already playing in the waiting room intercom system for their customers. I know my dealershit does.

That armrest play/click is like my inception dradel, just a slight click down to check reality and my sanity!
