Cover holes on PRO in rear frame

Hi all,

I've seen some 5th gens non PRO, that have round discs that cover up where the shock reservoir mounts. Anyone know a part number for these? I have a pro that I removed the Eibach suspension and want to cover the hole. Thanks!
