Covering or Painting the Dash's Silver parts.

I really kind of dislike the silver painted parts on the dashboard, especially the rings around the speedometer. I kind of wish they were just black.

Does anyone know if any of the dash kits cover the silver?

OR, has anyone just painted them black?

I like them silver, but if you want to pain them black there's this super flat black spray paint that I've used in the past that looks great. Just make sure you sand down the silver plastic peices first before painting, or it won't look good for long.

I found these kits which are available via NOPI. Looks like you can order in many colors and materials. I have not tried these kits, so I can not provide any information on quality.

I posted a similar post.......and totally agree! The silver has to go. I have looked at a lot of different dash kits and none of them seem that great of quality. I want something like brushed aluminum or stainless steel. There was one guy on here that had one of the aluminum kits, but to me it looked kinda plasticy from the pics. Anyway, it didn't cover the silver parts. Plus, he got in a big wreck and I think might be totaling it.......which I hope he is able to.

When I get some more time I will try to pass on what I have found.
