I'm at 6 months. Still no dash in sight.

I've had mine ordered since November. Funny thing is, they have called me twice to tell me it's in. One time I dropped it off after they told me it was in and set an appt. only to get a call back a few hours later saying sorry it's not really in. Last week they called me saying it was in then called back an hour later saying false call it's not in. I know the guys at this dealer really well since I worked with most of them for years. The parts department is the ones messing up. They said they have not been able to get any dashes in lately. So the wait continues. The PO that I bought from had a dash on order for 3 months before I bought it. I told him to call me when he got a call. He still has not got a call...
Dropped by Expressway Toyota In Dorchester MA. they took photos and are sending to Toyota for approval. my crack is in one long line right above the instrument cluster looked awful for years, hopefully Toyota approves it! The dealership did say that there was going to be a pretty long wait since the item is back ordered, I dont mind though as long as its fixed some time in the next few months.
So it's just the southeast with waits of 6 months or more??
Ordered mine October 15th, 2015. It finally came in April 20th, 2016. For some reason S/E Toyota dealers have not been able to get quick delivery. I heard it's because there were so many people out there affected by the problem. Mine's in but not without follow-up issues (missing screws, dash not put back together correctly, etc.) so make sure you give it a thorough inspection and make sure you tell them if there's anything wrong.
