Cracked windshield - what other parts?

I need to have the windshield replaced and was wondering what other parts are needed? I had to replace a strip on the top edge on my last truck. Anything else on 4R?
I also want to know so I can get OEM part(s) ahead of time.

Why not just let a mobile place replace it?

Sorry, I should have made it more clear. I'll have a business do it, but I want any other parts to be OEM instead of aftermarket.
