Crackling Noise From Vents

I have a crackling noise that comes from the left and right vents that is driving me crazy. It only happens above 55 mph and started after cutting my fender liner when I was clearancing my fender well. I've put duct tape over the spot and it stops it but that falls off or tears. Does anyone have this issue or a solution. It drives me crazy, especially when I have the music off.

Yeah, I had that same stupid noise after removing the antenna. What I did was put the loop part of adhesive Velcro to the back of the fender liner to keep it from vibrating on the metal.

Works great if your rear license plate rattles too. Or any rattle for that matter.
