Craiglist Gem - 92 2 Door 2nd Gen!

Found this gem while browsing craigslist. I had never heard of a 2 door 2nd Gen, but here it is in living color. Oops I put 92 in the title, but its a 1990.

eeww. Theres definitely a reason they stopped making those... I wonder if it has a shorter wheelbase or share a similair chasi with its 4 door brother.

I don't mind how they look at all, but I think if you're gonna have a 2 door you ought to have a removable top as well.

Exactly my thoughts. People make a big deal about 2 door 2nd gen's, but it seems like more of a PITB without the luxury of a removable top. Also people sell them at a premium since they are "rare".

They stopped making them because the 4 dr out sold the 2 dr by a huge margin, and they could build even more 4 drs by converting the 2 dr assembly line over.

They are "rare" because they weren't popular.
