... as well as WeatherTech floor mats and front window tint. I also painted the calipers with high heat silver spray paint since they were off anyways.
The old rotors and pads have about 70,000 miles on them. Yes they are the originals. Needless to say, my steering wheel shook like crazy whenever I stopped.
The new brakes are crossdrilled & slotted PowerStop rotors with PowerStop Evolution z16 ceramic pads. I don't go mudding, nor do I track my 4Runner, so I'm not worried about extreme stress cracking the rotors.
I've never installed brakes or pads before, but it was easy. No frozen pistons. Figuring out how to adjust the ebrake on the rear to get the rotors off required a bit of a learning curve, but nothing too mind-boggling.
I followed all the bedding-in steps and I must say, these things stop hard and are smooth as butter. I'm very impressed and saved a boatload of cash doing it myself.
Anyways, here are some pictures.

And here are the floor mats... obviously not as exciting but I am very impressed by the fit and finish.
And here is the 4Runner with the front windows tinted to match the factory rear stain. It's Soltek film @ 15%. I know... I told the guy everyone usually uses 20% to match, but I must say... he was right with the 15% on my car. It matches perfectly (it's been on for about 1.5 weeks now). It must just be the film is different or something.
