Cruise control question

Just getting a nice 93 4Runner back on the road and have a question about the cruise control. It doesn't activate when I push the button seems like no power. Looks like the previous owner used it a lot, too. Can't find a fuse anywhere labeled for the cruise, either, and wondering where do I find which fuse handles the cruise? Anybody have a schematic for this year? Thanks in advance for any help.

I don't have cruise control on my 88 TR4 but I did fix the cruise one time on an 80's BMW, the problem was a cracked vacuum line that powered the cruise control operation. Check all your vacuum lines. Perhaps there's a cable you can inspect also...
