Finally finished my camp trailer so tent no longer on truck. On and off with 4 bolts leaving only small tabs behind. Works with stock rack still on.

Will get pics up eventually.

Here are some pics from the rack build, of course they do not look so shiny 2 years later but being aluminum there is NO RUST!!

The tabs mounted to stock rails stay on and have a single hole through them. The tabs welded to the aluminum bars have threaded holes that line up with holes on lower tabs when racks set upon them. Super easy on and off with tent. Just pull bolts and put two 2x4s under tent to lift tent and rack off and on. Required one person on each side of vehicle.




Castle bolts grinded flat to insert inside stock rail, turn 90 degrees and tighten. Easy install.

Open ends welded closed with plate.

Lower tab installed but hole not yet drilled. Had to wait on rack tab to be threaded so could locate hole based on that.

Installed with tent. You can see clearance below tent and between racks such that you can put 2x4s under it and lift off for easy on and off of whole thing removing only 4 bolts.
