Why did Lasfit develop custom-fit LED bulbs for 4Runner?

The projectors used on the 2014-2020 4Runner headlights are different from other vehicles. The bulbs are inserted from the side instead of the rear. It is hard to install the regular centric-type heatsink LED bulbs in the 4Runner because a metal bracket on the inside prevents the bulb from fitting correctly.

Some fanless LED bulbs might fit the headlights, but they are not bright because it is impossible to put high-power LED chips on fanless bulbs. LED chip generates heat, especially in sealed headlight housing, if LED bulbs without a fan will not last long. Thus, we developed some unique offset-heatsink custom-fit LED bulbs with dust covers for the 4Runner.

LED output lighting pattern VS OEM halogen lighting pattern

We have tested our Pro-Series H11 LED bulbs on 4Runner headlights again and again when we were developing this custom-fit LED kit until the output beam pattern is almost the same as the stock halogen beam pattern. Cleat cut-off, much brighter!

These aren’t ordinary LEDs , these LED headlight bulbs have an offset heat sink and they come with a dust cap that has a built in fan. The fog light bulbs are switchback, freely switch between two colors: 6000k white and 3000k amber!

Have you ever had the same situation that you purchased the regular H11 LED bulbs, but you can't install them on the headlight socket?
For most vehicles, the socket is in the center of headlight housing, it's easy to install LED bulb on it. But for 4Runner headlight housing, the socket is off-center and there is the bracket to block the LED bulb to lock in place.
