CV Axle Spare

I ran across this OEM parts site since I'm in Japan and ordering Toyota parts from the US is cheaper. I was considering getting a spare CV axle and thought the prices don't look too bad from this source. However, I'm not sure from the drawings what to order to have a full replacement on hand.

Is it item/drawing [1] at $149 with core or item/drawing [10] at $381 or maybe both and I need to assemble myself?

Any half shaft (cv axle) should come pre-assembled and not require any other parts to be completed.

Shipping from the US to Japan on one of those things isn't gonna be cheap. They're heavy. The 3rd gen seems to be pretty available in Japan, I'd figure you could pick one up at an auto store there. Probably end up bout the same cost in the end.

Shipping is no issue, I'll be through USPS in a flat rate box. I had one sent from JC Whitney before and it was no big expense but that one tore up within two weeks, grinding and popping. Auto parts stores here are nothing like in the US. It's basically full of LEDs and air fresheners. I want to get an OEM one and locally they are way over priced.
So, any idea of which one to pick from that webpage?
