CV Boot question

I am replacing the CV's on my '99.
The inner boot bellows got pushed in while I was manhandling it during installation.
The smaller one is being a real PITA and I can't get it to come back out.
In fact, while I was trying to get it out, I created another spot pushed in.

I hope I am clear on what I am talking about.

Anyone got a neat trick to get the bellows pulled back out???

Well Damn, not one response.

I guess no one else has pushed in the "ribs" while changing their CV's and not able to get them back out without tearing them.

Maybe take a spin around the block? The centrifugal force plus the cycling of the suspension should do it, I'd think...
