Dash dimmer help?

My dash lights are flickering for a few minutes after turning the lights on and am pretty sure its the dimmer (tapping on it can stop/start it).

Can it be popped off without taking the dash apart?

I have the same thing going on with mine. If I have it dialed low its good....dialed all the way up its good....but some places in between the dance and flash like crazy....

I have found a "sweet" spot and it doesn't really bug me too much anymore.

I have had the lower part of the dash there apart. And have popped the gauge cover off as well, but didn't really look to see how easy it was to access that switch.

It was pretty easy to access everything else behind there, so I assume it wont be too much trouble for you.

I'll see if I can find you a thread for taking the dash apart.
