Dash lights and possible Scan Gauge problems?

I was out for a drive today on a gravel road and I had a few dash lights come on for what seemed like no reason. The traction control, vsc, and abs lights all came on and won't go away.
I have a scan gauge and I've used it to look at a couple of codes and have cleared them without a problem in the past.
I included a video of what it's doing now, because it's kind of hard to explain. When I go to the scan function, it doesn't initially find codes, when I go to More, it says "no codes found" for a second and then the codes start piling up, the codes never stop adding up, once it gets past 98 codes, it goes to random 2-letter codes for awhile and then it eventually cycles back to 2 codes, then 4 codes, and so on.
When I try to go to the individual codes to view and clear them, it only lets me stay on that screen for a split second until it automatically goes back to the screen where it shows the amount of codes piling up.
Is this anyone has seen before? Is it a 4Runner issue? Scan Gauge going out?
I have not tried to disconnect the battery yet to reset everything, I wanted to see if I could find out what's actually going on before I try that.

Hey Shawn!

[fangers]

Thanks, I'll have to look into this, is that an easy and/or cheap fix? I don't have any experience with that.

you can simply replace the wires, i think they're like $40 ish, or you can find where it got broken and solder in new wire, thats what i did

I just replaced both front ABS speed sensor harnesses two Sats. ago. More like $60+ each for OEM (there is a left and right harness). Take off the air box to get to the passenger side top connection.
