Dashboard light problem

I have a 2004 Sport edition 4runner. The light on my ac/heat control does not light up but works fine. Also half of my gas mileage display clock display is not lit up either. i know i have to replace the bulbs but does anyone know where to get them and what kind. i would goto my dealership but there service lacks tremendously.

also how do i take the display off?

any help would be great.
